Learn how to keep your tenants happy, select contractors, and systemize your files, routine maintenance, repairs and improvements. This course covers how to deal with evictions and dispossessions,
tenants that file for bankruptcy, the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) and gives answers to various Georgia landlord-tenant law questions. This course addresses the management of single family homes, one-to-four unit properties, condominiums and townhomes.
