Georgia Real Estate License Requirements

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You just have a high school graduate or the holder of a Certificate of equivalency.
• You must successfully complete a 75-hour Salesperson Prelicense course offered by an approved school such as the American Real Estate University.
• You must stand and pass a state real estate examination.
