Shane has been a licensed agent  and worked in the real estate sales and appraisal industry since 1990. From 1994 to 1999 Shane was a multi-mililion dollar top producing sales agent specializing in Residential resales.

As a Broker, Shane was successful in recruiting - training and managing over 300 real estate professionals and was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine in 2005 as one of the HOT 100 Fastest Growing New Businesses in America. 

Shane founded The Georgia Training Center in 1999 and is the director of American Real Estate University.

Traci has been the owner administrator of The Georgia Training Center for 9 years. She has also been the owner office manager for two real estate companies managing over 300 agents since 1999  and being featured in Entrepreneur Magazine in 2005 as one of the HOT 100 fastest growing new businesses in America.
