Georgia Real Estate Brokers Requirements

• Submit a Background Check at time of exam
• Must be at least 21 Years Old
• Must be a high school graduate or hold a certificate of equivalency
• Complete the 60 hour Brokers Course
• Must pass the AMP administered brokers exam
• Must be licensed on active status for the previous three of the five years
